Module 13 An Important Health Rule
Remember An Important Health Rule: Whatever the body can produce on its own, do not give it from outside, such as taking medication, injections, and intravenous fluids infusion etc. The main goal is to supply the raw materials for producing this product — nutrients.
Let me offer three examples to illustrate.
Firstly, regarding albumin, when many people have low immunity or suffer from edema, the doctors in hospital provide them with albumin infusion, which can have a temporary effect, but cannot solve the fundamental problem.
After having albumin infusion, the edema is alleviated and the albumin value in the blood test is normal. However, after stopping the albumin infusion, the patient’s edema recur, so it cannot solve the fundamental problem.
In fact, more than 80% of the albumin in our body is produced and synthesized by the liver, and the production speed is also very fast. As long as the liver function is good, our body will not lack albumin.
Therefore, our goal is to supply the liver with raw materials for producing albumin, namely proteins, vitamins, minerals, etc., rather than directly input albumin into the blood.
For example, our body is like a clock. The hour hand, minute hand, and second hand keep turning all the time. After a long time, the second hand moves a little slower. The doctor’s role is to help you move the second hand, and finally the second hand moves depending on the clock itself, which is like our own bodies. As shown in the following figure:
When we are sick, the doctor’s role is an auxiliary role, and it is our body’s ability to rehabilitate itself that ultimately heals the disease.
This book will save you tons of money on medical care, even save your life!
