第6章 超级强大的人体自我修复能力
dì liù zhāng – chāojí qiángdà de réntǐ zìwǒ xiūfù nénglì

The human body has super powerful self-healing ability. Let me cite a few examples to indicate:
人体有超级强大的自我修复能力，我举几个例子来说明：
rén tǐ yǒu chāo jí qiáng dà de zì wǒ xiū fù néng lì, wǒ jǔ jǐ gè lì zi lái shuō míng:

1 Finger injury healing.
手指头受伤愈合。
shǒu zhǐ tou shòu shāng yù hé.

Almost everyone has experienced injury to their hands. When your finger is cut with a small wound, you bandage it, and the wound will heal by itself in a few days.
几乎每个人的手都有受伤的经历，当你的手指头被划破一个小伤口时，你包扎一下，过两天伤口就自己愈合好了。
jī hū měi gè rén de shǒu dōu yǒu shòu shāng de jīng lì, dāng nǐ de shǒu zhǐ tou bèi huá pò yí gè xiǎo shāng kǒu shí, nǐ bāo zā yī xià, guò liǎng tiān shāng kǒu jiù zì jǐ yù hé hǎo le.

When I worked in the Emergency Department of Beijing Armed Police Hospital, what I was best at was debridement and suture surgery. The wound of the patient’s finger was very large. I sutured the wound after disinfection. After a week, the patient came to remove the suture and the wound healed!
我以前在北京武警医院急诊科工作时最拿手的就是清创缝合术，患者的手指头创面很大，我消毒后将创面缝合好，一周后患者来拆线伤口就愈合好了！
wǒ yǐ qián zài běi jīng wǔ jǐng yī yuàn jí zhěn kē gōng zuò shí zuì ná shǒu de jiù shì qīng chuàng féng hé shù, huàn zhě de shǒu zhǐ tou chuāng miàn hěn dà, wǒ xiāo dú hòu jiāng chuāng miàn féng hé hǎo, yī zhōu hòu huàn zhě lái chāi xiàn shāng kǒu jiù yù hé hǎo le.

Who healed the patient’s wound? It’s not me, it’s the patient himself, it’s the self-rehabilitate ability of the patient’s finger. I just helped him suture the wound and played a supporting role.
是谁治好了患者的伤口？不是我，是患者自己，是患者手指头的自我修复能力。我只是帮助他把创面缝在一起，起了一个辅助的作用。
shì shuí zhì hǎo le huàn zhě de shāng kǒu ？ bú shì wǒ, shì huàn zhě zì jǐ, shì huàn zhě shǒu zhǐ tou de zì wǒ xiū fù néng lì. wǒ zhǐ shì bāng zhù tā bǎ chuāng miàn féng zài yì qǐ, qǐ le yí gè fǔ zhù de zuò yòng.

2 Fracture healing.
骨折愈合。
gǔ zhé yù hé

When I was working in orthopedic surgery, I often performed fracture surgery with the director of my department.
我以前在骨外科工作时，经常和科主任一起做骨折手术。
wǒ yǐ qián zài gǔ wài kē gōng zuò shí, jīng cháng hé kē zhǔ rèn yì qǐ zuò gǔ zhé shǒu shù.

One night when I was on duty, an emergency patient showed up: comminuted tibia fracture. The director and I entered the operation room at about 9pm, and finished the operation at about 11 am the next morning. We stood all night. After going out of operation room and ate lunch in a hurry, then went back to the ward to observe the patient’s condition. There was no time for a nap, because I had to go to the outpatient clinic in the afternoon. Is being a doctor exhausted? To be honest, being a doctor is really exhausted and hard.
有一天晚上我值班，突然来了个急诊患者：胫骨粉碎性骨折。科主任和我晚上9点左右进手术室，第二天早上11点左右才做完手术，站了一晚上，下了手术台匆忙吃了个午饭，就回病房观察患者的病情，没时间午休，因为下午又要坐门诊。你看当医生累不累？说句心里话，当医生真得很累很辛苦。
yǒu yì tiān wǎn shàng wǒ zhí bān, tū rán lái le gè jí zhěn huàn zhě: jìng gǔ fěn suì xìng gǔ zhé. kē zhǔ rèn hé wǒ wǎn shàng 9 diǎn zuǒ yòu jìn shǒu shù shì, dì èr tiān zǎo shàng diǎn zuǒ yòu cái zuò wán shǒu shù, zhàn le yī wǎn shàng, xià le shǒu shù tái cōng máng chī le gè wǔ fàn, jiù huí bìng fáng guān chá huàn zhě de bìng qíng, méi shí jiān wǔ xiū, yīn wèi xià wǔ yòu yào zuò mén zhěn. nǐ kàn dāng yī shēng léi bù léi? shuō jù xīn lǐ huà, dāng yī shēng zhēn dé hěn lèi hěn xīn kǔ.

Let’s get back to the point. Why did the operation take so long? Because the fracture was comminuted into small pieces, it was necessary to transplant a piece of cancellous bone from the iliac bone to the fracture site, and then fix it with a steel plate.
言规正传，为什么手术做了那么长时间？因为骨折粉碎的很严重，需要从髂骨移植一块松质骨到骨折部位，然后用钢板固定。

After more than three months, the fracture healed very well, and the patient could get out of bed and walked. Seeing “the patient was being carried in and walked out by himself”, a sense of achievement came to me spontaneously.
三个多月后骨折愈合得很好，患者可以下床走路，看到“患者被抬着进来、走着出去”，成就感油然而生。
sān gè duō yuè hòu gǔ zhé yù hé dé hěn hǎo, huàn zhě kě yǐ xià chuáng zǒu lù, kàn dào “ huàn zhě bèi tái zhuó jìn lái, zǒu zhuó chū qù ”, chéng jiù gǎn yóu rán ér shēng.

Think about it, such a serious fracture could heal in over three months. Who cured it? It is the patient’s powerful self-rehabilitate ability from the fractured ends. The director and I only played an auxiliary role in connecting the fractured ends.
大家想一想，那么严重的骨折，三个多月就愈合好了，是谁治好的？是患者骨折断端强大的自我修复能力，科主任和我只是起了一个把骨折断端连接起来的辅助作用。
dà jiā xiǎng yī xiǎng, nà me yán zhòng de gǔ zhé, sān gè duō yuè jiù yù hé hǎo le, shì shuí zhì hǎo de? shì huàn zhě gǔ zhé duàn duān qiáng dà de zì wǒ xiū fù néng lì, kē zhǔ rèn hé wǒ zhǐ shì qǐ le yí gè bǎ gǔ zhé duàn duān lián jiē qǐ lái de fǔ zhù zuò yòng.

3 After half of the liver is removed, it will return to its original volume.
肝脏切除一半愈合。
gān zàng qiē chú yí bàn yù hé

Cut off the human liver in half, and the liver can grow to the same size as before. The human body’s self-rehabilitate ability is so amazing!
将人体的肝脏切除一半，肝脏可以再长成和之前一模一样的体积，人体自我修复能力就这么神奇！2

4 The wound healing after subtotal gastrectomy.
胃大部切除伤口愈合。
wèi dà bù qiē chú shāng kǒu yù hé

Two-thirds of the stomach is removed, leaving only one-third of the stomach. The wounds at both ends of the re-suturing will heal quickly and basically retain the functions of the entire stomach.
切除胃的三分之二，只留三分之一的胃，重新缝合的两端创口会很快愈合，而且基本保留以前整个胃的功能。
qiē chú wèi de sān fēn zhī èr, zhǐ liú sān fēn zhī yī de wèi, chóng xīn féng hé de liǎng duān chuāng kǒu huì hěn kuài yù hé, ér qiě jī běn bǎo liú yǐ qián zhěng gè wèi de gōng néng.

5 Defeat the infection.
击败感染。
jī bài gǎn rǎn

After you are infected by bacteria or virus, the body’s immune system immediately fights bacteria and virus. This is the cause of fever.
你被细菌或病毒感染后，机体的免疫系统马上就和细菌病毒战斗，这就是发烧的原因。
nǐ bèi xì jùn huò bìng dú gǎn rǎn hòu, jī tǐ de miǎn yì xì tǒng mǎ shàng jiù hé xì jùn bìng dú zhàn dòu, zhè jiù shì fā shāo de yuán yīn.

When the immune system is strong and the immune cells in the body defeat the bacteria and virus, the symptoms of fever disappear.
当免疫力很强，身体里的免疫细胞将细菌病毒击败后，发烧的症状就消失了。
dāng miǎn yì lì hěn qiáng, shēn tǐ lǐ de miǎn yì xì bāo jiāng xì jùn bìng dú jī bài hòu, fā shāo de zhēng zhuàng jiù xiāo shī le.

This is the body’s ability to self-regulate and self-rehabilitate.
这就是身体自我调节、自我修复的能力。
zhè jiù shì shēn tǐ zì wǒ tiáo jié, zì wǒ xiū fù de néng lì.
