第11章 尽量少吃药
dì shí yī zhāng – jǐnliàng shǎo chī yào

What is medicine? Medicine is those things that leave or metabolize after exerting their effects on the body surface or in the body for the purpose of treating various diseases.
什么是药？以治疗各种疾病为目的，在身体表面或体内发挥完作用就离开或代谢掉的那些东西就是药物。
shén me shì yào? yǐ zhì liáo gè zhǒng jí bìng wèi mù dì, zài shēn tǐ biǎo miàn huò tǐ nèi fā huī wán zuò yòng jiù lí kāi huò dài xiè diào de nèi xiē dōng xī jiù shì yào wù.

All medicines are poisonous, why? Because medicine can cause various degrees of damage to our liver and kidneys.
是药都有三分毒。为什么呢？因为药物会对我们的肝脏和肾脏造成程度不等的伤害。
shì yào dōu yǒu sān fēn dú. wèi shén me ne? yīn wèi yào wù huì duì wǒ men de gān zàng hé shèn zàng zào chéng chéng dù bù děng de shāng hài.

I met a patient who took a lot of medicines to treat vitiligo, in the end the vitiligo was cured, but the person passed away. Why? Because taking a large amount of drugs for a long time can cause great damage to the liver and kidneys, which are very harmful to vital organs.
我遇到一个患者，他治疗白癜风吃了大量的药，结果白癜风治好了，人却没了。为什么呢？因为长期服用大量的药物对肝脏和肾脏损伤很大，而肝脏和肾脏是生命器官。
wǒ yù dào yí gè huàn zhě, tā zhì liáo bái diàn fēng chī le dà liàng de yào, jiē guǒ bái diàn fēng zhì hǎo le, rén què méi le. wèi shén me ne? yīn wèi cháng qī fú yòng dà liàng de yào wù duì gān zàng hé shèn zàng sǔn shāng hěn dà, ér gān zàng hé shèn zàng shì shēng mìng qì guān.

At first, the liver and kidneys can tolerate being poisoned because the liver and kidneys can detoxify. However, if poisoned for a long time, the liver and kidneys will be overwhelmed, the vital organs will collapse, and the person will die.
一开始肝肾还可以忍受被毒害，因为肝肾可以解毒。但是长期受到毒害，肝肾就会不堪重负，生命器官就崩溃了，人就倒下了。
yī kāi shǐ gān shèn hái kě yǐ rěn shòu bèi dú hài, yīn wèi gān shèn kě yǐ jiě dú. dàn shì cháng qī shòu dào dú hài, gān shèn jiù huì bù kān zhòng fù, shēng mìng qì guān jiù bēng kuì le, rén jiù dǎo xià le.

Many people put the cart before the horse and take a lot of medicines to treat diseases of non-vital organs at the cost of harming vital organs.
很多人本末倒置，都是以伤害生命器官为代价吃大量的药治疗非生命器官的疾病。
hěn duō rén běn mò dào zhì, dōu shì yǐ shāng hài shēng mìng qì guān wèi dài jià chī dà liàng de yào zhì liáo fēi shēng mìng qì guān de jí bìng.

Remember, take medicine as little as possible, especially western medicine.
切记，尽量少吃药，尤其是西药。
qiè jì, jǐn liàng shǎo chī yào, yóu qí shì xī yào.

We should follow this sequence:
我们应该遵循以下顺序：
wǒ men yīng gāi zūn xún yǐ xià shùn xù:

Diet — Non-drug therapy (yoga, sports, TaiChi, standing, meditation etc.) — Traditional Chinese Medicine — Western medicine — I.V. Infusion — Surgery
食疗 — 非药物疗法（瑜伽、运动、太极、站桩、打坐等）— 中药 — 西药 — 输液 — 手术
shí liáo – – fēi yào wù liáo fǎ( yú jiā, yùn dòng, tài jí, zhàn zhuāng, dǎ zuò děng) – –  zhōng yào – –  xī yào – – shū yè – – shǒu shù

If it can be cured by diet therapy and non-drug therapy, then don’t take medicine. If it’s doesn’t work, choose TCM, then take western medicine if you have to. If western medicine doesn’t work, then infuse fluid. If there is no choice, surgery is last option, because surgery will cause serious vitality injury .
能通过食疗和非药物疗法治好的就不要吃药，实在不行了要吃药就先选中药，万不得已才吃西药，西药没有效果才输液，实在没有选择了才是手术，因为手术会大伤元气。
néng tōng guò shí liáo hé fēi yào wù liáo fǎ zhì hǎo de jiù bú yào chī yào, shí zài bù xíng le yào chī yào jiù xiān xuǎn zhōng yào, wàn bù dé yǐ cái chī xī yào, xī yào méi yǒu xiào guǒ cái shū yè, shí zài méi yǒu xuǎn zé le cái shì shǒu shù, yīn wèi shǒu shù huì dà shāng yuán qì.
