Lesson 6 Attending Book Fair

Bob: Felix, are we planning to go to the New Direction Book Fair this year?

Felix: Yes, I think so. It’s always a good event. We usually make lots of new contacts. When is it?

Bob: It’s in June this year. It’s on Thursday and Friday the 21^st and 22^nd.

Felix: Oh, just a second. Aren’t we going to Helsinki that week?

Bob: No, the Helsinki conference is in July.

Felix: Oh yes, that’s right. Fine, let’s go to the Book Fair.

Bob: There’s a special reception on the 21^st.

Felix: Is it at lunchtime?

Bob: No, it’s in the evening at 8 o’clock.

Felix: Sounds great! Can you get everything organized?

Bob: No problem! I’ll confirm our attendance.
