C: Hello, I’d like some information about the small business packages you have.
D: Certainly, Sir. Can I just ask you some questions?

C: I run a smallcompany.
D: Does yourcompany have fewer than ten employees?
C: Yes, it does.
D: And which services are you interested in?
C: Well, I need mobiles for my staff of six and an internet connection for the office, basically.
D: We have aspecial offer at the moment for small businesses. It’s called Maroon Business One and it gives you unlimited national calls on both mobiles and landlines, a24-hour broadband connection, and no charge for connecting calls.
C: And how many mobiles does that cover?
D: The cost of phones themselves is separate, but the Maroon Business One covers up to ten mobile phone lines.
C: What about support and maintenance?
D: With the Maroon Business One package, all calls to the technical support line are free.
C: No, sorry. I mean if there are problems with the phones themselves.
D: The package is a service contract, so the equipment itself is not covered. We do guarantee the broadband connection 24 hours a day, however.
C: And can I have more than one computer connected?
D: The broadband connection is to your computer network or to a single computer. It doesn’t matter which you have.
C: OK, that’s good. And how much does this package cost?
D: The monthly charge is 75 Euros for the first three months, on special offer, and then 120 Euros after that.
C: Right, and how long does the contract last?
D: There is a penalty charge if you cancel the contract before two years.
