R: Good afternoon, Carlton Hotel. How may I help you?
G: Yes, hello, I’m phoning to check if my online booking went through. I haven’t received any confirmation.
R: When did you make your booking?
G: Last Tuesday, the 14th.
R: Could I have your name, please?
G: Yes, it’s Johanson.
R: Let me see. Yes, Mr. Johanson, we have a booking for you for Thursday, the 23rd, for one night.
G: Good, thank you.

C: I’m sure we can manage that, Sir. What time is evening?
G: I’ll need them before eight o’clock.

G: Yes, that sounds nice. And a glass of red wine, please.
