Gabrielle: Hello, Roberto? It’s Gabrielle. Can you tell me when the goods are arriving?

Roberto:Well, they are leaving on 16 February, and the journey takes three days. If everything goes well, you’ll have them on the 19^th.

Personnel officer: Good afternoon, Personnel.

Caller: Oh, please excuse me, I think I must have the wrong extension. I wanted to speak to the production manager. Could you tell me her extension number, please?

Personnel officer: Certainly. It’s 2319. But she’s not in her office at the moment. She’s having a lunch meeting with the managing director.

Krystof: Krystof Grivas’s office. I can’t come to the phone at the moment. Please leave a message, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Berndt: Yeah, Krystof, it’s Berndt. The time is now one o’clock. Look, I won’t be able to make our 2:30 meeting. Can we make it a bit later—4:30 perhaps?
